Over a year and a half ago I was featured in Bold Journey, an online magazine that features all sorts of people from all walks of life that have inspiring stories. I guess I never shared it here as a post, probably just in my “stories”, Which sounds about right. I have this thing with not wanting to come across as proud or too much ego, so I don’t post certain things. I’ve minimized myself in so many ways. How i prepare to facilitate sessions is very important to me. When you’re in session with me, one on one or groups, here is the daily work i do that you don’t see. There’s more than just me learning a modality and “performing” the session. I’m holding a space and being present with you and myself. With these practices, I’m Holding myself accountable, making sure I’m not projecting into the session. I want to be sure I’m speaking from my experiences (embodiment) and when I don’t know something, I’ll say so. Integrity, authenticity and honesty are important values for me to hold in these sessions. I also receive regular sessions from several practitioners, it’s important for you to receive what you are giving to others. It’s important for me to be in shape with my mind and energy. These are important things for all practitioners of any type of service we are providing. The last 2 days have been a trip !! I just keep surrendering and not living from my projections. I keep being honest with myself, my interactions, the people around me and have faith that God/source is with me. I’m doing things I never thought were possible. I am so proud myself !! And most of all I have some of the most amazing people in my life who I’ve collaborated with, talk with every day, get to sit in sessions with and learn from. “Tuning In” What’s your specific tone? What hertz really speaks to your body, your light body, your soul, your spark of life. That core part of you that is more than just the body you’re in. What’s your song ? Everyone will have unique tones and then possible tones in common. When we collaborate in groups or classes or come into union with partners, family members and friends, we are creating music. Symphonies, concertos, sonatas, you have it all !! This particular piece was inspired by my background in Biofield Tuning and my love for all things musical. The violin was my favorite, guitar, drums and a good stand up bass! WIP !! Over 18 hours so far. One fork for your body, one for your soul and the two forks together create their own tone. It’s a Trinity energy and touches on all aspects of you and your different bodies. I have added in the written language and I’m still not done.

More progress sharing for my next Light language art piece. I’m using Sketchbook app with my Apple Pencil. Absolutely no AI art. I do not create frequency art or light language art with dead energy (which is what I feel AI art is, you are using prompts/words to tell the AI what to create from other copied works) this is my opinion and I will not argue about it. My next #lightlanguageart piece!! The Tuning fork !! Inspired from my giant tuning fork Excalibur, sounding in at 324hz . I am not a graphic designer (not that there is anything wrong with that, I have people ask if I am) lots of frequencies going on with this piece as I birth it. It’s been sitting on my iPad as an outline for over a month, and as an idea for several months. It can take me months to bring this stuff in. This week’s Adventures in #kundaliniyoga with #ramatv I wasn’t able to post all 7 days due to my phone playing games with my camera(technology glitch.. fix your update #appleiphone14 ) I’m finally getting a chance to become a kundalini yoga teacher! I applied for a scholarship and was granted one! With this scholarship I made a commitment to offer low cost/sliding scale online classes for those who could benefit from yoga but are low income. As a person who’s had multiple TBIs, an ex drug user and currently going through and managing menopause, this yoga changed my whole life. I want to share it with others !!

In a recent study released by Eileen Mckusick The founder of Biofield Tuning,

they found Biofield tuning to help reduce Anxiety and improve mental health.

The Peer Review study was done on Distance/Remote BT sessions held over Zoom.

The Conclusions as quoted from the article

"Results indicate that BT delivered virtually is feasible and amenable to study, and that the impact of BT may be substantial in reducing anxiety and improving mental health. This is the first study of its kind to report clinically significant reductions in anxiety levels in response to a virtually-delivered, biofield-based sound therapy".

Distance Sessions are just as effective as in person sessions, it's only the mind that will tell you otherwise. Most of my sessions for 2020 through 2022 were held over zoom and with great results. The clients I saw then I still see today.
